CUA Important Update - Banking Outage

Important Update
CUA Web Banker, Online Banking for Mobile and Telebanker services will be unavailable from 9pm Friday 4 October to 9am Monday 7 October 2013.

We’re excited to tell you our new look Online Banking will be launching soon.

While we’re building you a better banking experience, and working on our banking systems, Web Banker, Online Banking for Mobile, Telebanker, funds transfers between CUA accounts and some CUA services will be unavailable from 9pm Friday 4 October to 9am Monday 7 October 2013.

You can continue accessing your money using ATMs, EFTPOS, Bank@Post and CUA debit and credit cards during this time. If you need to transfer money between your CUA accounts over this period, please do so before 9pm Friday 4 October.

Our new look Online Banking is simple to use and more secure than ever. You’ll still find all the services you regularly use, as well as a range of new features to help you manage your money online. Find out more at
